Some customers in the eastern part of the country and Texas are not receiving emails with their order after placing the order. The tech team is working on ia soluton but the problem has persisted. Since we are copied on all orders in real time, and the orders show as delivered, we are not alerted to the issue until we hear from a customer. We have reported the issue to the digital delivery service who are experts.We are working with customers to get the courses to them via an email attachments.
