MyDentalCE.com strives for 100% customer satisfaction with all of our educational products. Our customer service is fast & friendly & reliable. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please contact our customer service department by email first at CEsupport@MyDentalCE.com and please include your order number. If you do not receive a response within one business day, please contact our customer service department at (530) 238-5333. If we are unable to resolve the issue you will receive a full refund* within 3 business days.  100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

1)  TIME PERIOD: Any user of MyDentalCE.com online education products has 30 days from the time of purchase to request a refund on course purchases.

2) METHOD OF REFUND: A refund will be issued to the purchaser to the method used for payment: credit cards or PayPal.

3) PRODUCT CONDITION: Our educational products are delivered digitally--usually as PDF files, have a certain number of downloads allowed, and an expiration date that is generally 4-6 months. When we receive a refund request, after we issue the refund to the customer, the order "expires" and is archived. A customer still has an active account and a CRS (customer service record). We note in the CRS the circumstances pertaining to the refund. If the course was ordered by mistake, we are happy to swap in the desired course in a timely fashion--usually within 24 hours during business hours.

4) REFUND CONTACT:  If a customer needs to request a refund, we ask that an email be sent to:  MyDentalCE@gmail.com with the request, which includes the course name, the order number, and reason for the refund request. MyDentalCE.com also has a "Contact Us" form located on the home page. All inquiries are answered within 24 hours during business hours--and usually sooner. We want 100% customer satisfaction with any purchase.

5) CHARGES: There are no charges for a refund request.
