Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, and you have first contacted our customer service department, at CEsupport@mydentalce.com with your order number, and your issue is not fully resolved, a full refund will be issued to you within 2 business days to the original form of payment. If you file a reverse charge with your bank (a "chargeback") with no contact in writing beforehand with our customer service department, and the bank rules in our favor, your account will be permanently disabled.
